Lachlan joined Midway in 2023 as Group Sustainability Manager and has over 30 years of experience in private and public forest management and operations. Most recently Lachlan headed health, safety, environment, and risk management for OneFortyOne’s trans-Tasman softwood plantation and processing business. Lachlan has a Bachelor of Forest Management as well as Post Graduate Diplomas in Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
